Job description / Role
Our Client is a Leading International Property and Real Estate consultant and they are looking for a Data Analyst in Cairo, Egypt.
The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the property team on property related data and metrics. As a key member of the team the analyst’s duties will involve data/metrics analysis reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis and on specific projects with the relevant property team member.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree /finance/accounting/business or property related
• 3+ years experience in corporate real estate / data analyst role.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
• Demonstrated ability to utilize and understand financial models
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong professional demeanour, proactive, self-motivated and committed to superb customer service
• Computer skills/proficient in power point and excel, as well as Microsoft office products
Desired
