Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational HVAC manufacturer who is looking to hire an experienced Dealer Development Manager based in Egypt.

As Dealer Development Manager, you will be tasked supporting the growth of the dealer network, driving to increase distribution and organic sales growth. You will be tasked with identifying key target areas and acting as an integration Manager of the independent dealers. This will include producing development plans and conducting technical training on VRF and DX air conditioning systems to create and sustain a fully equipped certified dealer network.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have 10 years’ experience in commercial air conditioning, working closely with distributors and dealers. You should ideally be educated in mechanical engineering or have a strong engineering background. The Dealer Development Manager will be based in Egypt and be a fluent Arabic speaker.
