What you'll do

- Responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on leads within their assigned space.
- Nurture and develop the opportunities through the digital tools available once they have moved into the sales cycle, transition them to the appropriate Sales teams.
- Drive digital and high quality engagement with potential customers delivering superior customer experience.
- You develop the BPI Awareness and Promote it internally within the wider team and Externally to our partners, prospects and customers.
- You will be delivering the BPI Value proposition to prospects while identifying there needs and creating demand.
- You will be Leading a team of bright young talents and develop the team relation cross the Organization.
- Lead, Coach & Mentor the team to ensure the team success and maintaining the right culture and DNA.

Accountability

- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a team in e.g. shared services environments or inside sales
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- May track to an individual budget line, but is part of a higher-level manager's budget.
- Limited decision-making on critical personnel topics. Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination of day-to-day activities

Complexity

- Makes day to day decisions within or for a team applying own expertise, with supervision from next-level Manager on critical issues
- Works collaboratively with direct reports and higher management to achieve objectives
- Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action

Requirements

Experience

- Managerial experience
- Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas
- Typically several years experience with increasing amount of responsibility
- May fill the role of a staff member in complex situations

Communication

- Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
- Demonstrates ability to gain cooperation of others
- encourages team to cooperate and to freely express their opinions
- Listens openly and attentively to fully understand ideas and opinions within the team
- Formulates clear team objectives and work assignments
- communicates unpleasant messages in a timely and constructive manner to team, with higher-level management support in critical cases
- Experience & Language Requirements
- Minimum 6 -7 years' experience in Demand Generation, inside Sales or Sales environment
- Preferably TeleMarketing experience, specifically high volume phone-centric work
- High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
- Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
