Job description / Role
- To establish and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns that generates Qualified leads to support company’s growth.
- Manage & Maintain the company owned media includes Website, Social Media platforms & Emails.
- Conduct Market Research for latest industry trends, target Audience and Competitors, Keyword Research & analysis, End to end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Manage the content creation process along with graphic designers, copywriters, content creators.
- Work with Sales and marketing team to analyze customer behaviors on previous advertising campaigns and promotional activities to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, engagement, retention.
- Sales team support/ Sales reports analysis
- SEO, SEM
- Digital media Buying/planning
- Influencers and bloggers activations
- Weekly and monthly Marketing performance reporting
- Digital reporting and implementation of tracking sheets and/or CRM flows.
- Report to internal & External stakeholders on digital channel (SEO/PPC/social/Email) performances against set KPIs while making insight led recommendations.
- Tracking, monitor, optimize, measure performance of marketing campaigns and ensure the best utilization of the marketing budget.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree – specialization in marketing or digital marketing
Preferable:
- Google certification
- FB Certification
Experience:
- 4-5 years’ experience in marketing field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Brand or consumer marketing experience
- Past experience in advertising/media agency
Knowledge:
- B2C and B2B marketing plans and strategies
- Digital marketing and monitoring including efficient targeting and retargeting, ROI
- Budget management and optimization
- Media and digital media platform
- Managing Paid Campaigns with high budgets
- Data analysis
