Description
Nawy Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced digital senior manager to oversee and enhance our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving online engagement and conversions. The digital senior manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics, using data to improve user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee the management of the company’s website, ensuring it is updated with relevant content, optimally designed, and user-friendly.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, leveraging new technologies to enhance performance.
- Manage and develop the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
