Job Description

- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the purchasing team, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize cash flow and minimize stockouts.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.
