Job summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented district manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of medical representatives to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and ensure effective customer engagement.
• Develop and execute district business plans aligned with national strategies and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, training, and medical affairs to ensure effective implementation of campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or veterinary medicine.
• Cairo residency is required.
• Proven people management experience (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year as a district manager, with at least 3 years of prior professional experience.
• Experience in managing Canal Cities is an advantage.
