Your Role and Responsibilities
- Technical consultant is to work with IBM clients globally to provide them with technical expertise and guidance regarding best IT systems and solutions to overcome any encountered problems and enhance their business operations.
- He will translate business requirements into technical requirements and work with Project Managers and DevOps teams (System architect, admins, designers, developers and testers) to ensure the proper architecture, design, development and delivery of robust systems and optimized solutions that fully meet the clients business requirements.
Requirements
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Qualifications:
- BSc in the field of computer science, Information Systems, or related IT field/ experience.
- Strong Technical consultancy and customer relationship management skills
- 3-5 years of database and system administration experience (IT certifications in Linux and Microsoft system administration are a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of eLearning systems and technologies (LMS, CMS, LRS, Authoring tools and eContent development )
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud computing, system security and data protection.
- Solid knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies, (Experience in an Agile development environment is preferred)
- The ability to prepare presentations, documentation, demos, technical requirements and reports
- Proficiency of English language and excellent business communication skills
