Head Office Positions:

1. Corporate Banking Credit Analyst:

  • Marketing BM products and attracting new potential customers.
  • Conducting customer visits and reviews according to the credit policies.
  • Preparing credit memos to be presented to the credit granting committee.
  • Collecting the required documents from clients and aligning between the client and the concerned branch to finalize the credit granting conditions and reviewing the client’s credit profile to ensure its completion.
  • Credit follow-up on existing regular clients and following up on default clients according to the set policies and procedures.
  • Preparing monthly reports on the credit cases followed up by them.
  • Pinpointing the reasons for rejecting clients, discussing them with the direct supervisor, then communicating the information to the concerned clients.
Requirements:
  • 0-4 years of experience in corporate banking
  • Minimum graduation grade for fresh graduates: Good
  • English language proficiency
  • Never been enrolled in the assessments or tests by Banque Misr

2. SMEs Credit Analyst:

3. Corporate Risk Analyst:

  • Receive and review credit proposal memos (CPMs) from different business lines either for new credit relationship, renewal, overrun, or special transactions.
  • Identify all types of risks that surround the credit case, its degree and whether it is mitigated or not.
  • Prepare numerical risk rating divided into financial and non-financial factors, on which our risk recommendation will be based.
  • Prepare credit risk memos to be presented to the risk committee.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 7 years relevant experience
  • Minimum graduation grade for fresh graduates (Class 2023, 2024, & 2025): Good
  • Credit certified
  • English language proficiency

4. Investment Officer:

  • Publishing valuation reports.
  • Building, updating, and fine-tuning complex financial and valuation models for companies under coverage.
  • Communicating with investor relations teams and the management of the companies under coverage and building relationships with them.
  • Building relationships with multiple institutional clients whilst answering their inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 7 years relevant experience

5. Treasury Officer:

  • Play an integral role in being part of a recently established dynamic department at Banque Misr.
  • Assist the relationship manager in business generation through marketing new products and relationships.
  • Prepare preliminary credit analysis of new and existing clients for the purpose of extending credit facilities.
  • Observe the quality of the portfolio through risk assessment, close monitoring, and control on the accounts.
  • Ensure quality service to all customers.
  • Ensure the NBFI clients are properly served across all banking areas.
  • Manage daily operations of the clients in coordination with the relevant internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 7 years relevant experience
  • University major: Economics or Finance

6. GTB Officer:

  • Assist or handle client portfolios.
  • Overview clients' daily operations.
  • Expand portfolio by including new to bank clients.
  • Handle all operational, financial, and non-financial transactions.
  • Propose new solutions for collections and receivables.
  • Conclude FX transactions related to business.

7. IT Specialist:

Requirements:
  • Graduated from computer science, engineering (networks and communication), business informatics, or business information system
  • 0-4 years of experience in IT

  • No relatives up to 3rd degree currently working at Banque Misr
  • Cairo resident

8. IT Auditor for Application and Infrastructure:

  • Ability to understand software requirements.
  • Understanding risks and controls for software development, service operation, IT infrastructure, security, and related processes. This evaluation will be accomplished by conducting internal audit projects including communication of observations, risks, recommendations, and conclusions reached, as well as providing consulting services regarding risk and controls on a wide range of projects and corporate initiatives.
  • Ability to make decisions at the appropriate time, taking into account the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints, and the availability of necessary information.
  • Ability to acquire an understanding of the underlying issues in complex problems or situations by correctly relating these to simpler or better understood concepts, models, or previous experiences.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and manage across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and relevance to client's business.
  • Ability to apply technology in an appropriate way to meet business requirements.

  • 0 to 5 years of IT internal audit experience in big four audit firm or banking sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business informatics, or other related IT field
  • Professional audit certificates are preferable such as CISA, COBIT, ISO, Cyber Security certificate, CISSP certification (or other relevant ISACA certifications) for experienced candidates
  • English language proficiency

9. IT Auditor for Data Analytics:

  • Ability to understand software and business requirements.
  • Experience using data analytics tools such as SAS, IDEA, SPSS, etc.
  • Writing Python code for data exploration analysis and data cleansing.
  • Building AI models using Python, SAS, etc.
  • Ability to extract and transform data.
  • Monitor data quality.
  • Build dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Ability to apply technology in an appropriate way to meet business requirements.
  • Creativity with an eye to developing new and innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem identification and analytical skills.
Requirements:
  • 0 to 7 years of data analytics experience in big four audit firm or banking sector

10. Recruitment Specialist:

  • Sourcing and screening applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews for the requested vacancies.
  • Monitor the internal and external job posting program.
  • Establish contacts with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as employment fairs.

11. Talent Management Specialist:

  • Design and execute Banque Misr’s graduate program to attract young talents and increase employer brand attractiveness.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of the HIPOs program and participate with the business in the identification of talents across all sectors.
  • Participate in the establishment of the succession strategy for leadership and critical roles, and oversee its implementation.
  • Facilitate and ensure effective conversations with business executives and communicate succession planning assessment results and its related implications for the development program.
  • Provide succession planning analytics to the business as needed.
  • Cooperate with the assessment center and learning and development teams in order to design and execute talent initiatives.
  • Coordinate any relevant talent management initiatives with the Egyptian Banking Institute.
  • Ensure the integration of all talent management initiatives in the bank.

  • 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or any related field

12. Backend Engineer I/II/III/Staff/Senior Staff

Requirements:
  • 2 to 10 years experience
  • Experience working in JVM based programming languages like Java 8+, Kotlin and/or modern backend frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Significant experience writing, utilizing, and securing RESTful API services in large scale distributed applications.
  • Experience with microservice architectures, including understanding of service discovery and circuit breakers.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc.).
  • Experience in build scripts Maven, Gradle, CI Jenkins and/or Azure Pipelines.
  • Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, test driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security.
  • Experience in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge in any other languages such as NodeJS, Go Lang, and/or Python is a plus.
