Below is a list with the vacancies we are hiring for:

Banking Services Representative (Teller – Customer Service – Sales) – Across Egypt:

• Ensure all transactions are aligned with latest Banque Misr policies and procedures, including compliance and KYC standards set by the bank.
• Execute a variety of transactions and services which include accepting payments for different types of accounts, cashing checks, checking account balances, transferring funds.
• Identify sales referrals.
• Ensure that cash drawer is balanced with the settlement sheet and recover any shortages or overages.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in banking services at branches network
• Minimum graduation grade for fresh graduates (Class 2023, 2024, & 2025): Good
• Excellent command of PC skills especially MS Office
• Good soft skills including communication and presentation skills
• English language proficiency
• Have never been tested by Banque Misr
• No relatives up to 3rd degree currently working at Banque Misr
