About PwC ETIC - Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre

PwC is opening a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that will deliver high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the
globe. The Centre will provide a broad suite of skills and services to our clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to
Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Custom Development and Cloud services utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing
Managed Services capabilities.

The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client
delivery to help shape and form this new venture.

Cyber Security Identity & Access Management, core responsibility

(Senior) Manager overview:

- Team leadership - As a (senior) manager, you lead and guide your team in all important issues and make a significant contribution to
the success of projects
- Global orientation - Work with a global mindset with teams based in the UK, Germany and other Middle Eastern Countries
- Project work - You advise our clients on making their access to IT systems and processes secure for employees, business partners and
customers and on optimising their governance, risk and compliance (GRC)
- IT-supported business processes - Your tasks will include the design and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems in various IT landscapes
- Interaction between business and IT - As a bridge between the two worlds, you undertake requirements analyses, identify risks, conduct
maturity assessments and independently create professional documents and process models in the context of IAM and PAM.

Requirements

Role requirements:

- Experience in the interaction of business processes and IT systems with regard to Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Demonstrates strong knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the Identity and Access Management space, especially relating to strategy, delivery experience or assurance for identity and access management solutions, including one or more of the following areas:
- Requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses
- Identity governance administration and access management
- Privileged Access Management
- Customer Identity and access Management
- LDAP, Identity and Access technology concepts and understanding of software development
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience for Manager grade
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience for Senior Manager grade
- Open minded seeking innovative solutions
- Ability to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment
- Ability to adapt to and communicate with different working styles
- Ability to interact efficiently with senior members of the firm across multiple time zones.

Essential skills & attributes:

- Demonstrates extensive knowledge in managing client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management, including the following:
- Requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses
- Supervision and development of staff on multiple projects, business development, and communications with executives
- Demonstrates deep understanding of IAM concepts such as directory services, Single-Sign-On, Federation, Multi-Factor-Authentication, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties
- Demonstrates strong abilities in utilising Identity Management suite of products (SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle, CA) and of their design and implementation
- Experience in Consulting or in working within multinational environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of customer orientation and a convincing demeanour
- Ability to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment. Must be able to multi-task and effectively and continually prioritise
- Excellent oral and written English skills. German language proficiency is a significant plus

Education

- University Degree, ideally in the fields of Computer and Information Science, Business Informatics, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a significant plus
- Certification with IAM products including SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Microsoft are a plus
