Job Description

The Event Manager plans in conjunction with the end-to-end campaign strategy to support the Category/Program and portfolio business and revenue objectives. He/She will be using WW Event Kits for portfolio event series that needs to be executed in the GEOs and will also be leveraging Event Report Analysis to provide insights on event performance and work with Marketing Performance Manager on corrective action plan as needed. The Event Manager will be managing the allocated event budget and EST and all related tools (EST-CTEBA, GRP/EIT, MFR) as well as assuming responsibility for Events Process Compliance and implementing post event follow up plans and drive a cadence to ensure responses are captured and nurtured. The ideal candidate will be able to significantly broaden the impact of our events with comprehensive, surround digital tactics to acquire new audiences, deliver greater value and capture remote leads, through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing customer events collaborating with Market Managers and aligned by Diamond Team (s)/Countries. In charge end-to-end from planning, execution and lead management The role requires a strong understanding of the demand generation campaign process end-to-end from planning to tactic execution with a specific focus on events.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for on-time in-market delivery of campaigns.
- Ensure all planning information is complete to enable tracking of results. Review campaign results and recommends adjustments.
- Adheres to the marketing process, business controls and demonstrates proper application of the marketing tools.
- Maintain flexibility to respond to business stresses and gaps while keeping program execution on course.
- Work on end to end campaign planning, management, execution and results analysis
- Define, plan & execute tactics in accordance with the given budget to achieve defined targets.
- Assist team with planning requirements; provide recommendation by leveraging global assets or best practices
- Build business case and ensure response lead management is in place
- Monitor and measure event performance, take any corrective actions when necessary
- Provide campaign learning and recommendation for better enablement and execution
- Interact with internal and external teams
- Manage agency relationships, prepare briefs for agencies and make sure services delivery is in line with expectations
- Interface with necessary worldwide, European focal points, program owners around tactic planning & execution
- Share and/or adopt best practices and apply lessons learned with marketing teams in Bucharest, in European countries or worldwide

- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing data, segmentation, and metrics
- English - native or proficient level
