Sales channel management
Manage and monitor all sales channels:
Develop and maintain pricing, promotions, and unit availability strategies.
Deal management
Handle end-to-end coordination of deals generated through different channels.
Negotiate terms with brokers, agencies, and listing platforms to secure the best exposure and deal flow.
Support the direct sales team in closing high-value transactions.
Track and report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and channel performance.
Relationship & partner management
Build strong relationships with individual brokers and broker networks.
Onboard and train channel partners to ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor performance of external partners and enforce contractual obligations.
Operational excellence
Ensure seamless lead management flow from digital platforms (website/app) into CRM.
Monitor listing websites for accuracy, response time, and lead follow-up.
Implement processes to avoid duplicate or conflicting deals across channels.
