Raya Information Technology, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring for an experienced consultant (HCM).

What will you do?

• Create high level solution design (HLSD) in support of enterprise projects.
• Determine how to leverage technology to create solutions that satisfy the business requirements.
• Provide critical architectural inputs during RFI and RFP process.
• Seek and apply best practices on projects implementation.
• Technology strategy: articulate technology recommendations, help develop technology roadmap and action plan in areas of ownership, with the goal to support business unit/company's business strategy and maximize Raya's technology differentiation and competitiveness.
• Customer/partner engagements: provide subject matter expertise in interactions with partners and customers, produce the necessary communication material, program manage corresponding collaboration projects and associated internal teams.
• Innovation: identify and assess technology trends relevant to SDN, and contribute to Raya's portfolio.

Skills

Requirements:

• Familiar with application modular knowledge and its best practice.
• Familiar with design and data modeling concepts.
• Full understanding of implementation methodology.
• Knowledge of business practices and standard policies and procedures.
• Understanding of client service philosophies.
