Design and architect integrated technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Identify suitable suppliers and recommend competitive, technically-sound solutions.
• Act as a technical consultant to the sales team and clients, especially in complex environments.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations highlighting solution strengths.
• Review and validate the technical integrity and compatibility of proposals.
• Produce technical write-ups, drawings, and architecture documentation.
• Analyze competitor solutions to enhance positioning and highlight unique value.
• Prepare reports on technology trends and newly covered solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, project design discussions, and defense of proposed solutions.
• Validate project implementation plans from a technical perspective for feasibility.
• Lead or contribute to software and hardware system upgrades, updates, and node acceptance testing.
• Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical technical issues.
• Implement preventive software corrections to resolve recurring network issues.
• Contribute to updating the offering portfolio and introducing or retiring technical solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project managers, and technical teams to improve proposals.
• Support and train account managers on the technical aspects of new offerings.
• Provide input and support for automation and scripting-based solutions.
• Participate in or manage technical aspects of projects as part of project management efforts.

Technical skills

• B.Sc. in communications, electrical power, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
• 5+ years of presales experience or 3-5 years in the field plus 2-4 years in presales.
• Cisco certification: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE (including configuration and design via Cisco portal).
• Expert in IP/MPLS network architecture and protocols (minimum 3 years of hands-on experience).
• Advanced knowledge of network components installation and configuration: routers, switches, MBH, BNGs.
• In-depth expertise in BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) and multicast technologies.
• Experience in software and hardware upgrades, system acceptance testing, and feature deployment.
• Skilled in automation and scripting tools (Python, REST APIs, software frameworks - a strong plus).
