• Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements across enterprise networking, data center, unified communications, and collaboration.
• Design solutions involving switching, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, and campus LAN infrastructure.
• Recommend collaboration platforms such as Cisco Webex, IP Telephony, video conferencing, and Contact Center solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation: proposals, BoMs, high/low-level designs, compliance matrices, and solution architecture.
• Conduct technical presentations in coordination with sales and vendor teams.
• Collaborate with vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Huawei, Avaya, and Genesys.
• Assist with RFP/RFQ responses, pricing strategies, solution positioning, and design validation.
• Act as a technical advisor to sales teams and customers in complex technical cases.
• Review and validate technical components of proposals for integration and feasibility.
• Identify and suggest suitable suppliers based on solution requirements.
• Analyze competitor solutions to position advantages and minimize weaknesses.
• Participate in customer meetings to present and defend proposed solutions.
• Review and support the development of project implementation plans.
• Contribute to developing and updating the solution offerings portfolio.
• Coordinate with sales, PMs, and technical teams to refine proposals.
• Educate account teams on new offerings and technical capabilities.

Technical skills

• B.Sc. in Communications, Electrical Power, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of presales experience or 3-5 years in the field plus 2-4 years in presales.
• Proficient in enterprise networking: switching, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, LAN.
• Solid understanding of VoIP, video collaboration, and unified communications.
• Skilled in Cisco UC technologies including Webex, IP Telephony, and Contact Center.
• Experience with vendors: Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Huawei, Avaya, Genesys.
• Familiar with network design and sizing tools from major vendors.
• Competent in technical documentation and architectural design.
• Experienced in responding to RFPs/RFQs and developing competitive solutions.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP/CCIE (Enterprise/Collaboration), CWNA (preferred).
• Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
