Job description / Role

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment and systems (irrigation, lighting, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and within safety guidelines.
• Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Supervision and Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors and technicians for specialized repairs and installations.
• Supervise in-house maintenance technicians and ensure proper task allocation and execution.
• Follow up on the completion and quality of maintenance jobs.
• Coordinate with the administration team regarding equipment availability, materials, and scheduling.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists for each area (electrical, plumbing, electromechanical, landscaping).
• Prepare incident reports, inspection logs, and maintenance summaries.
• Submit periodic reports to the facilities manager highlighting maintenance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure all maintenance works comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments for all activities and maintain safety documentation.
• Support the implementation of energy-saving and sustainability practices.

Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
