Job duties and responsibilities

What youu2019ll do:
Youu2019ll visit customersu2019 homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customersu2019 homes.
Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.

Skills, experience and requirements

What youu2019ll need:
Valid driveru2019s license: Clean record required.
Schedule flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Physical ability:

Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)

Lift up to 70 lbs

Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit

Customer focus: Build trust and create a great experience.
Problem-solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Salary ranges

Compensation: $17.75/hour

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation listed may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
