The Role
Finance, HR & Office Manager - Egypt

Responsibilities Include
• Review and close weekly reports, Cash Flow statement, accounts and revenue report.
• Document as per company policy/accounting and audit standards.
• Prepare monthly departmental Finance reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of local tax returns.
• Work well with an ERP system.
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit process to ensure timely reporting to group, local authorities and third parties.
• Review and approve monthly payroll reports and payments, ensuring that their calculation is aligned with the approved scheme.
• Review and process invoices to clients.
• Prepare and collate visa requirements/documents.
• Act as PRO on visa and labour card applications, medical tests, visa renewals up to visa and labour card cancellation.
• Ensure the onboarding and new joiner administrative formalities are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Assist in obtaining employee’s visa requirement overseas.
• Provide support to deliver HR request of employees, such as monthly payslips, bank letters, NOCs and salary letters etc.
• Maintain compliance with local employment law updates.
• Administer and coordinate office operations.
• Manage office equipment, maintenance and service contracts and systems.
• Implement, manage and maintain record keeping, confidential personnel files, purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Drive the development action and implementation of all necessary policies and procedures applicable to the workers of the company.

Requirements

• Degree Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a similar role in Egypt.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and best HR process/practice in Egypt.
• Strong understanding of finance/accounts systems.
• Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• An acute focus on detail with very high standards with regards to delivering service.
• Good IT skills – proficient in MS Office and other software.
