BlackStone eIT is seeking a proactive and analytical financial analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial insights, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Collaborate with departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior management.
• Stay current on industry trends, economic data, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the software industry is an advantage.
