BUSINESS CONTEXT

In this competitive market, UFS Assistant Finance Manager is at the centre of performance management by leading forecasting with high accuracy, supporting business with analytics, delivering necessary analysis to lead business decisions and making sure controls are in place.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own & continuously improve UFS Egypt business from a Finance point of view
• Lead cash-up process once a month
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders (DP, CD, Marketing, SCF) and ensure all required inputs are correctly built in P&L
• Actively challenge on relevant financial inputs where necessary
• Understand actual vs forecast variances, take immediate action if required
• Ensure OTIF reporting of actuals and forecast for Egypt aligned with guidance from central team
• Ensure financial support to Marketing and CD teams on day-to-day activities
• Track / make sure customer payment performances are aligned with the plan
• Implement and develop new tools aligned with simplification agenda
• Ensure synergy within broader finance team by exchanging best practices

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years' of experience.
• Strong finance acumen with business knowledge
• Ability to change complex into simple
• Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to drive his/her own agenda
• Ability to work fluidly with data
• Ability to manage a large set of stakeholders
• Strength in holding others accountable
