Fraud Analyst

What you do

Based in Cairo you will work with the Global Claims Function. You will be responsible for the identification, investigation and remediation of fraud, waste and abuse in claims submitted by health service providers and our health customers in UAE. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our fraud prevention and detection efforts.

Additionally, you will support and mentor fellow fraud analysts and operations colleagues by sharing your knowledge and insights to optimize our strategies and processes.

You will represent the Global Claims Fraud Framework to our colleagues, customers, and our network of health service providers in UAE.

You will also ensure that all fraud, waste and abuse activities are captured and reported in accordance with the regulatory requirements.

What you bring

You must hold a bachelor's degree in any medical field, business administration, insurance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and be legally allowed to work in Egypt.

You must have at least 5 years experience in analysing and assessing complex medical claims, and have a proven track record in working with data to help identify insights and support decision making. It is essential that you have experience in health claims fraud data analysis and the implementation of fraud prevention measures.

You must have an excellent level of Arabic and English (written, oral, listening), and be comfortable with communicating at all levels of an organisation in a professional manner.
