Raya Foods, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a general accountant.

What will you do:

• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
• Assist and/or reconcile bank statements as needed.
• Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
• Support auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
• Process vendor invoices and payments, following internal corporate guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure an accurate and timely month-end close by preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations for prepaid, accrual, inter-company, and fixed asset.

• Experience with MS Office and data programs.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
