Are you an avid resort hotelier with extensive experience in pre-opening five star hotels? Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned hotel group who is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee one of its new five star resorts in Egypt.

The General Manager will take responsibility for the whole beachfront property, managing the formulation and implementation of all strategy and budget objectives of the resort. The successful candidate will oversee all department staff and teams. Our client is looking for a confident leader to oversee the resort through pre-opening (on time) and ongoing operations of the resort.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have international experience within highly recognisable brands. It is essential you have experience as General Manager in a resort property, preferably in Egypt. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to candidates with resort experience in Egypt.
