Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity has opened with one of our top clients. They are a rapidly growing Technology company in the Gulf region looking for a General Manager to join their team in Egypt.
As a General Manager, you will:
- Plan, develop, and execute strategic initiatives in support of the company's vision
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities
- Lead acquisition strategies
- Monitor and measure marketing initiatives; ensure brand messaging is consistent in all channels
- Ensure company compliance with all processes and standards
- Manage sales, customer support, and operations team among others
- Further enhance operational efficiencies
- Cultivate company culture
- Recruit, build, and manage staff
- Collaborate with key internal and external partners
Requirements
- Arabic and English speaker (required)
- MBA, with at least 8 years relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in operations
- Previous experience and strong network in Egypt
- Preferably with experience in top consulting / startup firm
- Very strong leadership skills, independent, and can work with tight deadlines
- Thrives in a fast paced, multi project environment
