About the role
- Drive a transversal community of consultants across zones (FR & IZ):
- Develop consulting-led engagements mapped to Strategic Value Proposition (SVP) use cases
- Promote sales enablement, training and adoption of consulting approach and assets for the sales and presales community (whitepapers, customer cases)
- Drive a community of consultants across zones (FR & IZ):
- Align on standard engagements matching SVP use cases
- Lead maturity assessment definition and implementation
- Define the Value Proposition & Positioning of the consulting portfolio under your care
- Promote portfolio against major stakeholders: your community, SVP leaders, Sales, Analysts, Vendors...
- Educate stakeholders through Case Studies, White-Papers and other appropriate collaterals
- Support Global Professional Services strategy within your scope
- Gather market intelligence, expertise and recommendations to drive development strategies for your consulting offers
- Contribute to Consulting offer structure (Quote to bill processes, Service catalog entry definition...) in link with offers & capabilities team;
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Business or Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as CX /EX consultant or product manager
- A strong understanding of digital services & IT services, especially on workplace and customer experience services
- Experience of working with Multinational and Large National Account customers and possess a sound understanding of their business drivers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of successfully working in matrixed and virtual teams internationally
- Proven ability to take complex services to market through effective communication and marketing initiatives, in the consumer or enterprise segment
- Track record of successfully interfacing with sales, marketing communications, product management etc to ensure revenue and margin maximization
- Possess experience and understanding of the sales operation, and a demonstrable ability to positively influence their ability to sell
- Possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, drive and ambition
- A good networker and team player, inquisitive, willing and wanting to question approach
