Job Description
What will you do?
- Assist in the analysis of compensation data and benefits programs.
- Support the development and implementation of total rewards strategies.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings.
- Help prepare reports and presentations on total rewards metrics.
- Participate in employee engagement surveys and analyze results related to rewards and recognition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the communication of total rewards programs to employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

- Fresh graduate.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration with focus in HR or any related discipline.
- Excellent command of English language.
