Grant Coordinator

Job description / Role

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a grant coordinator to be based in Egypt.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Act as a liaison between the grant submission team and other key stakeholders.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary supporting documents are provided for successful grant applications.
• Manage the submission process of grants ensuring information and documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Track and report the status of grant applications with the key stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing medical documentation and data for grant submissions.
• Provide medical and clinical support to various projects and initiatives.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in Egypt will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree. A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grant coordination or management and medical support within the medical devices/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of grant management systems.
• Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills.
