Graphic And Concept Designer

Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative graphic & concept designer to support our creative work across multiple areas, including custom patterns, concept presentations, visual development, and print layout design. This is a hands-on role suited for a designer who combines strong artistic ability with technical proficiency in layout design. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both sketching and digital tools, and has a good eye for storytelling, color, and formatting.

Key responsibilities:

• Design custom patterns and textures tailored to project themes (e.g., interiors, fashion, or product branding)
• Create visual presentations for concepts, including slides, mockups, and storytelling layouts
• Assemble mood boards and conduct visual research to support early design direction
• Sketch by hand or digitally to visualize design ideas and variations
• Apply color and shading to illustrations, design elements, and project sketches
• Develop digital layouts for product sheets, print-ready documents, and branded collateral
• Maintain clean, organized working files and ensure consistency across documents
• Collaborate closely with the creative and product teams to meet project needs

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a creative or design-focused role
• Strong portfolio showing pattern design, concept sketching, digital layouts, and mood boards
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong skills in layout design for print and product sheets
• Comfortable working with digital sketching or illustration tools (e.g., Wacom, Procreate, Photoshop)
• Attention to detail, color sense, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously

Preferred attributes:

• Familiarity with print production specs and formatting for commercial printers
• Experience designing for physical products, interiors, or branding projects
• Strong organizational habits and experience presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders
• Passion for visual trends, surface design, and presentation aesthetics
