Graphic Designer - Visual, Video, and Animation

Job description / Role

Visual design

• Design branded materials including posters, flyers, event backdrops, digital screens, and internal campaign assets.
• Create visuals for internal newsletters, presentations, brochures, and email communications.
• Develop social media post designs tailored for internal platforms and employee engagement.

Video & animation

• Produce and edit short-form videos for internal campaigns, announcements, and events.
• Create motion graphics and animations to support storytelling and culture change initiatives.
• Collaborate on video scripts and storyboards with the internal comms team.

Creative collaboration

• Work closely with the group culture change and internal comms manager to understand briefs and translate them into creative outputs.
• Align with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
• Present rough drafts and creative concepts for feedback and iteration.

Execution & delivery

• Ensure all designs and videos are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various media.
• Amend designs and videos based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
• Respond flexibly to urgent requests and shifting priorities.
• Support other design-related tasks as needed.

Personal skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Very good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Technical skills

• Graphic design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Video & animation: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)
• Digital tools: Dreamweaver, Canva, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.

Education & experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, multimedia, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, with a portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
