Job overview
St Clareu2019s is a leading IB World School in the heart of Oxford, the oldest IB school in England. We provide an outstanding education for 15-18 year old students from around fifty different countries, and prepare students to thrive at pre-eminent universities all over the world. Small class sizes and expert teachers mean that student progress rates are exceptional.
As well as academic rigour, our students benefit from an extensive range of over fifty sports, clubs and academic societies to develop their broader skills and talents. We strengthen our studentsu2019 international awareness and independence, and help ensure that students strike an appropriate balance between academic, extracurricular and social activity. Current and former students agree that studying at St Clareu2019s is typically not only an extremely happy experience but also a transformational one.
We are looking for a Head of Alumni Development to build engaged and productive relationships with those who enjoyed a St Clareu2019s education. This will include taking responsibility for events, publications and other communications, as well as supporting St Clareu2019s fundraising activity. The opportunities for professional development are exciting, since the role will benefit from significant training, and will support the establishment of a larger development office at St Clareu2019s.
Early applications are encouraged, as we reserve the right to interview suitable candidates before the closing date.
