Job description / Role
• Lead a team of marketing managers in setting internal processes.
• Driving the company’s value proposition, developing relationships and increasing channel revenue.
• Grow the team through hiring and training.
• Make data-driven decisions to move the team and product forward and hit company goals.
• Develop the strategies that align with the company goals and setting deadlines.
• Train and support marketing and customer support teams on new tools and products.
• Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership.
Requirements
• At least 8 years of marketing and partnerships experience, preferably in a highly analytical environment.
• Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience in negotiating, cultivating and growing partnerships across various levels and sectors.
• Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in ATL marketing campaigns will be preferred.
• A highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer development, to product adoption, to sales processes.
• Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and other departments.
• Experience in product positioning, brand strategy and user lifecycle and retention.
• Experience making data-driven marketing and sales decisions using surveys, focus groups, A/B testing, etc.
