Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international company to support the appointment of Head of Recruitment covering the MENA region, based in Cairo, Egypt.
You will lead resourcing for the region, delivering high quality talent and an efficient service to customers across all markets and business areas. You will build close relationships with regional leadership and key customers and become a trusted partner and valued expert. This role is also responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of Resourcers in delivering against KPIs, and ensuring compliance at all times. You will collaborate effectively with global colleagues, deploying processes, tools and best practices into the region.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a relevant field with previous management experience within in-house recruitment. Knowledge of the local labour laws in Egypt is advantageous, as is knowledge of commercial and non-profit sectors. You should be a strategical thinker who is keen to lead a successful team and promote their skills within the business, as well as work closely with all levels of senior management in other countries. The ability to effectively communicate is extremely important in this role, as is the ability to coach along the way. Due to visa restrictions only Egyptian nationals will be considered for this role.
