Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Ensure that sales and objectives in all sales channels in his/her territory are achieved and company’s sales policies are implemented consistently. Plan and execute business in the assigned region. The role is accountable for delivery of the sales strategy and is responsible for delivery of financial performance targets including Sales Volume, Gross Margin and Overdue. The role is also responsible of finding prospect partners, coaching distributors and monitoring their financial position to ensure long term sustainable value for the company.

Requirements

Experience in working in a highly fast-paced environment is important; previous experience in FMCG industry. Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in the Sales FMCG. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related field from an accredited college or university.
