Head of Sales - For one of our clients (Real Estate Company)
Our client is a big Real Estate Company that is searching for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for the following:
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Developing relationships with clients.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
- Maximizing new business development opportunities.
- Overseeing a sales team.
Requirements
- The candidate should be highly experienced in selling commercial buildings and malls
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
