Responsibilities include:
- Set-up fleet related start-up operations from scratch
- Recruit/ set-up a high performing cross functional team
- Develop key processes for overall business operations
- Maximize fleet utilization
- Manage relationships with diverse set of strategic partners (banks, OEMs, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience in setting up and managing businesses (full Profit & Loss general management experience)
- Self-starter, independent and entrepreneurial
- Technology and operations savvy
- Start-up and e-commerce experiences are a plus
- Must possess at-least 7 years Operations Management experience
- Six Sigma black belt is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-pace, target driven environment
- Passion for cars
