We are looking for an experienced food technology specialist to lead our highly committed Technology Faculty. At Key Stage 3, technology operates on a carousel system. All students study a minimum of three of the following subjects: textiles, food, product design, and ceramics. They also enjoy two fortnightly lessons in art and design.

At Key Stage 4, we offer: Food Preparation and Nutrition, 3D Design, Textile Design, and Art, Craft and Design (Pearson). Technology, especially Food Preparation and Nutrition, remains a consistently popular options choice and resources are first class. They include two specialist food rooms, a design classroom, a ceramics studio with two kilns, and three art studios.

The successful candidate will be required to teach food technology up to and including GCSE.
