Role Summary:
The HCD Solution Architect is a key role in the Commercial Organization who leads, coordinates and manage the wing to wing commercial process from responding to the compliance documentation and preparing initial technical and financial proposals, Insure that proposed solution is fully compliant answering the customer needs.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Own HCD Solution design, mapping customer requirements to product offerings, Software and Hardware configurations, sales handover, OEM specifications and procurements
• Architect comprehensive Imaging solutions that may include integrating several systems.
• Own Sales offer packaging, presales documentation e.g. Workflow design, Architecture, pricing analysis and documentation
• Own post sales handover to Services team, 3rd party components procurements
• Own Technical and Functional Response to RFPs and Tenders in the assigned region(s)
• Orchestrating a complete workflow for a Digitized Radiology department and/or modules that provides an experience for scheduling, registration, reporting, tracking and managing patients, exams, supplies and improves the administrative and clinical workflow across all sizes of hospital enterprises and clinics.
• Product positioning: Understanding prospect's segment, business focus, pain areas and articulating a solution that addresses each one of these to derive maximum business benefit and operational efficiency for the prospect;
• Product functionality analysis, compliance and gap; positioning value add propositions; suggesting workaround available in the products to meet business process requirements; stake holders' analysis.
• Participate and facilitate Technical / Commercial Deal Review & Follow up with Services, Product Management, Finance and Legal teams.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Must have independently handled full-fledged techno-functional requirements of HCIT pre-sales.
• Hands-on experiences in implementing PACS/RIS/VNA. National/regional/community PACS/RIS /VNA experiences are preferred.
• Understanding of Radiology, Cardiology clinical workflow and technical architecture
• Understanding of Hardware (Servers, Storage and Workstation) specification and Ability to identify required IT infrastructure to support imaging solutions.
• Understanding of the Healthcare IT data standards DICOM, ICD 10, IHE, HL7, etc.
• Thorough understanding of various types of tenders; preparing tender technical responses; deviation from standard tender clauses and their compliance; RFP scrutiny for functional, technical and standards compliance; Gap analysis; conduct pre-bid meetings internally; attending pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions with customers; RFP response collation from internal teams for compliant submissions
• Professional, Organized, Disciplined Documentation and Standard Operating Procedure skills
• Advanced Microsoft office skills on Power Point, Visio and Excel
