Overview of the role: To provide support to the Health & Safety Management department in daily operations and lead the team.

What you will do:

• Deliver consistent soft services in line with company standards, contract specifications, and KPIs.
• Drive IKEA employee engagement and participation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
• Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and contract terms.
• Identify service improvements and recommend enhancements to IKEA.
• Introduce innovations and efficiencies aligned with market trends.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and spending control, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
• Track SLAs, report on performance, and implement action plans.
• Conduct audits and ensure vendor compliance with IKEA procedures.
• Promote safety awareness and conduct bi-weekly safety discussions.
• Lead employee development, performance management, and engagement via the Focus on Five plan.
• Arrange and attend monthly and quarterly subcontractor review meetings.

What you will need:

• 5 years proven experience in soft service.
• Previous experience in leading a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good financial acumen, ability to work to a budget.
• Ability to understand data, spot trends, and prepare reports.
