Company Overview

Kinetic is working with a leading energy and light systems manufacturing company who are hiring an HR business partner to be based in Egypt.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering, and partnering with the assigned function, to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
• Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, in support of leaders.
• Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies and practices in the areas of performance and talent management, training, organizational development, leadership development, and recruitment.
• Responsible for communication and application of new HR projects and initiatives to employees and managers.
• Oversee employee relations matters by developing and implementing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
• Implementing standards, defining guidelines for human resources operations, and providing effective support to all departments and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience managing blue-collar workers in a factory setup.
• Possesses strong business acumen and tactical thinking.
• Modern HR mindset; strong relationship management.
• Project management skills.
