Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an HR Digital Transformation Graduate Intern.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate with all Raya Lines on Business (LOBs) HR teams to analyze the HRIS requirements, develop and implement various HRIS procedures, and prepare customized reports for various finance and HR teams.
  • Support in the initiation and evaluation of AI-related solutions in Oracle HCM.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to solve any HRIS issues related to the database or the application and escalate any issues to the system provider to provide efficient solutions.
  • Support the HR team in daily operations, maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of HR systems and interfaces by customizing any required reports, providing upgrades if required, and monitoring HRIS systems. Also, create any needed operational manual after any new process or update the existing one.
  • Analyze the HR data and recommend appropriate solutions to all issues; analyze all data and design the database to be ready for creating any statistical reports and maintain integrity of all data for any HRIS system; research and suggest applications to facilitate HR daily operations.
  • Participate in all system tests or Disaster Recovery (DR) tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design.
  • Manage communication between Raya Holding, system provider, and the LOBs HR team including but not limited to reporting issues, invoice payments, license tracking, etc.
  • Create analysis and dashboards for all HR operations using the HRIS system, and share them with all LOBs to facilitate their operations.
  • Communicate with all LOBs HRIS teams to assure sharing any new updates in the HRIS system.
  • Manage the security and data access of the HRIS system.
  • Monitor and report any violations in data integrity to all LOBs.

  • Functional and technical knowledge of HRIS modules
  • Technical knowledge of AI and Power BI solutions
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work with and analyze Excel spreadsheets, MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio

Business level:

  • Understanding of how HR systems and their application affect the workings and efficiency of the business units
  • Able to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and able to work in a fast-paced environment
