HR Manager - Arabic Speaking

Job description / Role

Leading logistics company is seeking an Arabic HR Manager to join their team. Must have between 6-10 years experience within an HR role and have extensive experience working with the labor practices and laws of Egypt.

Duties:
- Implement, manage and evaluate HR policies and processes.
- Maintain and secure an efficient and effective personnel administration in line with legal requirements and HR policies to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders and to identify potential improvements of any HR related activity.

Requirements

- Degree in human resources, business or related discipline
- 6 to 8 years of HR experience
- Must be able to communicate in Arabic and English language
- Highly proficient in Egyptian labor practices and laws
