Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Contribute in developing the long and short term goals for HR activities to ensure that objectives and programs for the department are aligned to the vision, mission, and overall guidelines.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization’s talent, acquisition, management and OD strategy to ensure organization’s needs are met.
• Develop and implement all necessary systems, processes and procedures to ensure that HR function operates effectively and to facilitate the work flows.
• Develop and oversee the performance management process and its related application from identifying the development plans for company employees, promotions, career path and succession management based on the set performance management policy to maintain the employees’ retention and to ensure employees’ development.
• Identify the talent gap and forecast the shortfalls in advance based on their experience and based on the changes taking place in the organization.
• Manage the talent acquisition process to ensure that the company attracts suitable applicants for identified vacancies.
• Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process, including arranging tests and providing suitable arrangements for applicants with special needs.
• Develop a training and development strategy for company to support the company’s business plan and to ensure that staff have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
• Arrange training and development programs, using external suppliers and consultants as required to meet identified training needs and undertake regular assessments of training needs and develop a programs to meet identified needs.
• Keep managers and staff informed of internal and external training and development opportunities and Maintain close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs and to ensure that they are fully aware of training opportunities available.
• Develop and monitor the company’s talent management and organizational development budget to ensure the alignment with top management expenditure requirements.
• Manage and control his/her staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to be able to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Represent the company on all negotiations with external parties and suppliers to guarantee company’s best interest is achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 10 years progressively responsible human resources experience
• Significant Human Resources leadership experience with demonstrated competence in employee relations, training and development, and recruitment
• Strong level of collaboration, partnership and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels
• Persuasive and articulate manner with the ability to be effective without relying on formal authority
• Ability to work independently with shifting priorities
• Proven analytical, organizational and leadership skills
