Human Resources Manager for our Client in the Construction Sector
Our Client is currently searching for an HR Manager that will be responsible for implementing HR Policies and procedures for local employees and implement internal system for local employees’ salaries. He will be responsible for building career progression for employees. Implement and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget and labor relations for Local employees.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience with at least 3 years of experience in Construction company
• Bachelor’s degree of law or any accredited college or university
• Very Good command in business English, written and verbal
• Preferably owning a car
