Human Resources Manager

Job description / Role

We are a UAE based recruitment company, we are currently seeking a Head of HR based in Cairo, Egypt for one of our clients in Saudi Arabia which is a top provider of culinary and hospitality services for more than 40 years that is into Integrated Catering & Facilities Management.

Job Description:
- Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives.
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
- Coordinate with National HR Manager to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives.
- Prepare and manage division’s budget.
- In return, our client offers a stable working environment and competitive salary and benefits package.

- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
- Previous experience in Food , aviation field.
- Good knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources tasks. ( Recruitment, Employee Relations, Training, insurance & taxes …etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership abilities.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Salary:
SAR 3,800 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: As per Egypt Labor Law
