Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure effective communication with NEAR and Import Customers.
- Drive total customer satisfaction, as well as ensuring that tasks and processes are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively throughout the imports team ,thus, positively contributing to the business.
- Ensure final product delivery to customers on time.
- Ensure documents delivery on time and accurately to avoid any extra charges at customer's side
- Ensure high service level to customers and affiliates and handling all the claims
- Handle all imports-related invoices end-to-end process until finalizing payments
- Creating imports plan with respect to product availability/vessels ETD/Warehouse capacity
- Ensure effective communication and smooth operations with Third Party Customers and Nestle Affiliates.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration
- 0 - 2 years of Operations experience (preferably in logistics/supply chain)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
