Description
Amazon is seeking dedicated, analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking, to be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Compliance team. Located in Egypt – Cairo.
Candidates will be responsible for conducting daily investigations and identifying risks. The investigator will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals.
Clearly and timely communicate findings, determinations and recommendations to management and business partners, both at periodic intervals and as needed regarding escalated or high risk compliance issues.
Candidates have to be proficient in English, Turkish and Arabic languages. Expertise in both written and verbal communication across the above-mentioned languages is mandatory.
Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with the overall contribution to the development of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily investigations following up the approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with limited supervision.
- Achieve department quality targets consistently.
- Achieve productivity targets consistently.
- Participate in SOP enhancements and review of applicable policies, procedures and business practices to recommend best practices and gaps to management
Requirements
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor degree is a must to apply for this position.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
- Ability to communicate to a non-technical audience (verbal and written) in Turkish, English and Arabic
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant experience in the Risk management domain will be an added advantage
