The investment analyst will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and recommending investment opportunities within the real estate sector. Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and investment performance metrics.
• Perform due diligence on potential investments, including evaluating property conditions, market trends, and financial performance.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
• Monitor existing investments, providing regular performance updates and identifying any operational or financial issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and acquisitions, to develop investment strategies and support decision-making processes.
• Stay current on real estate market trends and economic indicators that may impact investment strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related discipline; MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• 1 year of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
