Job description / Role
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and continual support on daily basis
- Generating Root-Cause and Issue Analysis to spot trends and underlying issues
- Support for java/javaEE
- Identifying and reporting Applications Bugs
- Deploying web/mobile applications
- Analysis of any breakdown in application or services
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in software support or development field
- Experience in SQL, writing complex queries and tuning SQL
- Experience in Unix or Linux administration
- Knowledge of application servers, Database Administration is preferred
- Applications debugging skills is preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
