Main Responsibilities:

• Handle laptop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (macOS/Windows).
• Oversee network security (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, password management, 2FA).
• Maintain device inventory and enforce IT policies (onboarding/offboarding, access control, backups).
• Coordinate with vendors (ISPs, hardware suppliers, security tools).
• Support teams with hardware/software issues, license renewals, and basic integrations.
• Assist with data privacy and security compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with BitDefender GravityZone or similar, Remote Desktop applications.
• 5+ years in IT admin or helpdesk for startups/Software companies.
• Organized, discreet, and proactive in closing gaps before issues arise.
